Because of my job, I travel for work pretty often, so a suitcase is an absolute necessity for me. My old suitcase’s wheels completely gave out at the airport, and I had to drag a nearly 50-pound suitcase all the way through the airport. It was an absolute nightmare.
You don’t realize how important your wheels are until they stop working.
Eventually, I bit the bullet and bought a LYVOI suitcase, and I haven’t had that problem since.
One time, the handle wasn’t extending and retracting as smoothly as it should, so I contacted customer service. I just wanted to get it fixed. To be clear, it wasn’t that LYVOI refused to repair it. I simply didn’t have time to ship the suitcase back, so I asked if I could fix it myself.
To my surprise, they sent me a brand-new set of wheels and a replacement handle, then patiently walked me through replacing them myself.
Honestly, it was the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. If this suitcase ever broke, I’d buy another one without a second thought. But with their lifetime warranty, I guess they’re not even going to give me that chance. Haha!
