Our promise: A risk-free shopping experience. If you're not 100% satisfied with your Lyvoi suitcase, we'll make it right.
60-Day Free Returns
You have 60 days from delivery to return any unused Lyvoi product for a full refund. No restocking fees. No questions asked.
To start a return, email sales@lyvoi.sale with your order number. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive your return and confirm condition, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Most customers see the credit within 5-7 days depending on their bank.
What Qualifies for Return
- Unused suitcases in original packaging
- All accessories and tags intact
- Within 60 days of delivery date
Damaged or Defective Items
If your suitcase arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect:
- Email sales@lyvoi.sale within 10 days of delivery with photos
- We'll ship a replacement at our cost, no return required for low-value items
- For higher-value items, we provide prepaid return shipping
Lifetime Warranty (Separate from Returns)
Manufacturing defects are covered under our Lifetime Warranty even after the 60-day return window. See our Warranty page for details.
