Where does Lyvoi ship?
We currently ship to the United States and Canada. All orders are fulfilled from our U.S.-based warehouse to ensure fast and reliable delivery.
How much does shipping cost?
- United States: We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous U.S.
- Canada: Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and package dimensions.
- Expedited shipping options may be available for select regions and can be chosen during checkout.
Note: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees that may apply to Canadian deliveries.
Do I need to pay duties or taxes?
If you live in the United States, you will not be charged import duties. Applicable state or local sales taxes may apply and will be calculated at checkout. If you reside in Canada, you may be charged additional customs duties, taxes, or fees upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
When will I receive my order?
Here’s what to expect:

- We process and ship your order within 1–3 business days.
- Delivery times vary by location and shipping method, but typically range from 2 to 5 business days after shipment.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays will be processed on the next business day.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at sales@lyvoi.sale within 14 days of delivery so we can assist you with a carrier claim.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Our shipping partners (UPS and FedEx) require a physical street address for delivery.
